Anyone who goes on holiday wants to be as comfortable as possible; not only when it comes to the arrival and the hardness of the hotel bed, but also when it comes to the “processing” at the hotel. And anyone who enters a hotel would actually like to go straight to the pool, to their room or to the hotel bar, but the first thing they usually end up doing is reception.

It is at the same time the heart and control center of every hotel, because this is where calls, organization and information are made around the clock - about the highlights of the holiday destination, the delicious breakfast buffet or the special offers that the hotel offers.

The famous “first impression” is also important to us, which is why we have now given our reception a new look: with a modern oak look, light colors and an illuminated Hotel NordRaum logo, the “Rezi” now looks a lot more inviting, fresher and friendlier – really Nordic. So: Come along for a chat, our team looks forward to seeing you!
